In an effort to update this thing more often, I'll post up what I'm currently working on. Definitely still a work in progress, but as always I'm open for any suggestion or critiques :) .

Art Show!

Sorry I haven't posted much, but Charles, Wes, and I are having a group art show in a couple of weeks. Its on Saturday, Sept 20th at 7:00pm. Hope to see you guys there :) .

Weekly Challenge #1 Entry

The theme was "broken" and the challenge was to create anything that fit that theme. New challenge will be posted tomorrow ^ ^ .

A break from school work...

A quick painting in Painter, mostly done for experimenting with the program (turned out a little more monochromatic than expected, but oh well ^ ^; ).

Going to Nationals next weekend, a big thank you to anyone who voted for us :) .

Our game Latrop has made it to the top four in Imagine Cup Viewer's choice!


Also in the top four is the game Art and Terry are currently working on, Clean the World. Our games are still in the rough Beta stage, but the top three teams here get to go to nationals and have a chance at a trip to Paris :) . If your interested in checking it out (and maybe supporting us by voting...) you do so by:

1. Register at https://imaginecup.com/Registration/Default.aspx (they do this so people can't vote twice)
2. Go to http://imaginecup.com/Competition/mycompetitionportal.aspx?competitionId=12
3. In the "Viewer's Choice" menu on left, click on "Participate" and accept the rules
4. Check out the videos, and click the check boxes to vote (LATROP and CTW are the ones that are ours, and you can vote for up to three games)

The Owl

My infamous owl.

This is the first project for life sculpture class that I did of an original character design. I still need to work on getting the clay smooth. In hindsight the eyes are a bit much *cough*, but overall I still think I like the critter.
